This evening is led by Alexa, our Oyster Lady, shucking fresh oysters to order and keeping things exactly as they should be - fresh, cold, and effortless.
A Table Worth Sitting At
For one February evening, we’re setting 25 seats at our newest 33rd Street location for an oyster night done the P.J. Clarke’s way.
Expect a dozen freshly shucked oysters per guest, flowing tastings of Veuve Clicquot, and a side of famously proper French fries. A few extra oysters may appear if timing and charm allow.
Warm room. Frosty drinks. Damn good conversation.
