Mayor Jim Kenney and former Gov. Ed Rendell joined P.J. Clarke’s owner Phil Scotti and Keystone Property founder Bill Glazer Friday morning to announce a Philadelphia location of the New York City staple at the corner of the Curtis Center at Sixth and Walnut streets.
