In rooms that were originally the Clarkes family apartments and later, a bookie joint, the second-floor exposed brick walls tell stories of speakeasy gatherings. Our discreet entrance on 55th Street, denoted by the brass ‘antiques’ sign, ushers guests up to the warmth of this quiet refuge.
